Enriches business is a well-established Digital Marketing agency with a reputation for compelling and effective digital advertising campaigns.

We work with clients on a national and often international level, creating and executing Google and social media advertising campaigns for world class coaches, business leaders in the service industry, ecommerce businesses and Real Estate agents.

We’ve been operating since 2014 and recently opened a permanent HQ in Gympie’s iconic Mary Street. A position is now available for a Business Administrator to support and contribute to the growth of our agency, whilst establishing a career in the exciting and fast-moving world of marketing and advertising.

We’re looking for someone who adores working on business systems and structure, supporting our team of experts and taking care of our clients.

Role Details
Location: Mary Street, Gympie (Reception desk of the office)
Timing: Parent friendly hours
Days: TBC
Type: Permanent Part-Time


Key Responsibilities 

➡️Email and calendar management

➡️Meeting management: arranging, tabling, taking minutes, and distributing notes and tasks

➡️Attend client meetings both online and in-person

➡️Manage and improve internal administration on behalf of management and core services team

➡️Create and refine Standard Operating Procedures and systems

➡️Support with accounts: invoicing and payment follow-ups

➡️Assist in preparing marketing materials and presentations

➡️Coordinate with vendors and suppliers

➡️Handle client queries and feedback

➡️Organise and maintain digital files and databases using Google Drive

➡️Provide general administrative and task-based support to Management

➡️Basic website updates and content upload

➡️General client support where requested

➡️Basic office maintenance – general tidy, take care of plants, prep for meetings and workshops

✔️Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

✔️Analytical mindset with a good grasp of numbers

✔️Proactive and always looking for ways to improve tasks or systems

✔️Interested in learning more about digital marketing trends and tools

✔️Organised, punctual, reliable, and passionate
